PT Unex Rajawali Indonesia is a ground handling company based at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Jakarta. Established in September 2003, the company has experience serving domestic and international airlines. UNEX is the sole ground handling company and warehousing operator at the airport, with central integrated management for international and domestic air transport services.
Starting in the Terminal 3 cargo area, PT Unex Rajawali Indonesia provided air cargo warehousing and facilities for airline clients. Its services are guided by standards of safety and security.
In 2007, the company demonstrated its passenger and ramp handling capabilities for airline customers. Service consistency and performance remain central to its commitment to customers.

- 1994
The group begins
The group provided air transport services to Indonesia’s national flag carrier, including Ground Support Equipment for wide- and narrow-body aircraft at Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali.
- 2003
PT Unex Rajawali Indonesia is founded
Founded in September 2003 as the business grew, the company continued to provide air transport services and integrated ground handling and warehousing management at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.
- 2004
Domestic cargo warehousing
The company began operating air cargo warehousing services for domestic airlines in May 2004.
- 2005
Ground handling and international cargo
Full ground handling services followed for domestic and international customers. International warehousing services also supported air cargo carriers and export activities for small and medium enterprises.

Passenger and ramp handling
The company demonstrated its capability in passenger and ramp handling for airline customers.

Security
High-tech security systems and devices at UNEX premises help ensure cargo is handled in a secure and safe environment. Trained security professionals receive specialized instruction and site-specific familiarization with policies and procedures.
The customs-bonded racking system combines computerized and human security controls. More than 56 CCTV cameras and access control systems safeguard the main terminal building, stored cargo, and the premises.

PT Unex Rajawali Indonesia provides integrated ground handling and air cargo warehousing facilities, supported by automated systems designed to make operations more efficient and secure from aircraft to consignee.
PROXIMITY — Warehouses near Terminals 1 and 2 serve users of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.
SPACE AND ROOMS — Five warehouse buildings provide a total of 15,500 m². A planned expansion would bring the total to 18,600 m². The buildings include rooms for a range of cargo purposes.
EQUIPMENT — Ground support equipment includes baggage tractors, main deck loaders, aircraft towing tractors, dollies, and GPU AC cars. Warehouse equipment includes forklifts, digital weighing scales, cool rooms, cold storage, electric forklifts, and baggage carts.
Advanced Automation
Mechanized systems and handling technologies support speed, transparency, and reliability throughout cargo operations. UNEX has invested in ground equipment and maintenance capabilities, supported by engineering and technician teams.
Modern and secure warehousing options at the hub are designed around customer needs. Automated ULD storage technology supports cargo processing, alongside a focus on safety and customer service.
